What exactly do I get?

Do I need any special software?
No. The interactive version opens in Chrome, Safari or Edge with no installation, and works offline once downloaded. The PDFs open in any PDF reader. The Resource Hub opens in Excel or any app that reads .xlsx files.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The interactive version is designed for phone screens as well as computers.
Is it a subscription?
No. You pay once and download everything straight away.
Do I need ChatGPT or other AI tools?
No. Everything is already written. The AI Realtor Command Center is optional and shows how to use AI tools safely if you choose to.
Who is it written for?
Real estate agents, in US English. The Publish-Safe Checklist includes fact, claims and fair-housing checks, but you remain responsible for following your brokerage's rules and local regulations.
